1. Let’s start with your role. What does a typical day look like for you as Head of Casino & Games at Gamingtec?

Anastasiia: No two days are the same, and that’s what makes it exciting. One day we are coordinating promotions with providers, the next we are integrating new games or reviewing potential partners. We also dedicate time on market research and feature development - all to make sure our casino product stays fresh, competitive, and player-focused.

2. Gamingtec has a diverse games portfolio. How do you decide which providers or titles to integrate?

Anastasiia: It’s a mix of market trends, smart deals, and listening closely to what our players and partners want.

Anastasiia: Right now, crash-style and instant games are making a big splash. They’re fast-paced, visually engaging, and give players more control and interaction. We’re also seeing live casino slots evolving with more creative themes and features that keep players interested. As a team, we stay alert to what’s trending, test what works, and move quickly to bring those experiences into our portfolio while they’re still fresh and exciting.

4. How do you balance innovation with player preferences? For example, how do you approach newer formats like crash games versus classic slots?

Anastasiia: We don’t really balance—we bring it all. We mix innovation with familiarity and make sure there’s something for everyone.

5. How do you make sure the games on Gamingtec’s platform really connect with different regions and audiences?

Anastasiia: We combine market research, industry events, and partner feedback, plus a bit of instinct, to spot what’s trending and tailor our games to each region.

6. Gamingtec frequently announces new content partnerships. In your view, what makes a collaboration with a provider successful?

Anastasiia: Great content + Great communication = Magic.

7. How do you manage game releases and make sure they reach our partners on time?

Anastasiia: Same rule as before: communication is key. We stay in close contact with the game providers, plan a clear game roadmap, and make sure our partners see the releases the moment they go live.

8. Player engagement is a top priority. Are there any features or mechanics you’ve seen recently that are helping operators improve retention?

Anastasiia: We’re always working closely with providers to find the best ways to boost engagement, whether it’s through smart promotions, fun mechanics, or extra rewards. It’s all about creating a gameplay experience players genuinely enjoy and want to return to.

9. How closely do you work with the commercial and support teams to bring partner feedback into the product roadmap?

Anastasiia: We stay closely connected with our commercial and support teams every day. It helps us stay aligned, respond quickly to partner feedback, and make sure we’re always improving our platform.

10. Looking ahead, what are your main goals or focus areas for the Casino & Games product this year?

Anastasiia: We’re focused on standout games players love, high-performing providers, and being the platform our partners choose with confidence.
