Country Manager (India)

Job Summary: We are looking for Country Manager for Indian market with strong knowledge of the online gambling scene in India.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in iGaming industry;

Responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility for the market and delivering results in accordance with set budget and targets, weekly and monthly reporting;
  • Responsible for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on revenue generation;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including competitive and regulatory situation;
  • Conduct and/or coordinate market research, business plan preparation, budget, and go-to-market strategies;
  • Together with the central marketing/affiliate team, ensure relevant and quality content is delivered to partners/affiliates, to promote the mutual interests of the partner and the company, and maximize the channel’s potential;
  • Make sure translations for the site, newsletters, campaigns, etc are made in a correct and timely manner;
  • Ability to work closely with central functions e.g. in-house creative agency, CRM-function, Affiliate team etc, and has direct personnel responsibility of Content Coordinator/s for the local market.
Anti-fraud Specialist

Requirements:

  • Previous iGaming experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of gaming background will be a big plus;
  • Strong analytical and commercial capabilities;
  • Ability to work within defined procedures and guidelines;
  • Ability to diagnose problems and assess alternative solutions;
  • Ability to demonstrate and work on own initiative;
  • Accuracy and great attention to detail;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Constant work with the Antifraud platform, improvement and monitoring of rules;
  • Analyzing data in order to assess bonus abuse and affiliate fraud activity on a regular basis;
  • Assisting in the daily checks of potential bonus abuse;
  • Screening new registrations on a daily/weekly basis and eliminating potential system abuse;
  • Reviewing and identifying loopholes in the bonus system to eliminate the abuse;
  • Informing risk and payment departments of any ongoing bonus and affiliate fraud trends;
  • Ensuring that bonus abuse and affiliate fraud are prevented, deterred or stopped to minimize financial losses to the company;
  • Ensuring that high-risk accounts are stopped in time before the company will have to face financial losses;
  • Communicating with Affiliate Team about possible threats coming from potentially fraudulent accounts as well as close cooperation with other departments (Sportsbook/Casino) in order to keep a close eye on involved players themselves;
  • Creating documentation for all procedures relating to counteracting bonus and affiliate fraud;
  • Reviewing gameplay of big winners and identifying potentially harmful gaming patterns;
  • Creating detailed documentation for all fraud cases;
  • Investigating and suggesting improvements on sites, products and processes;
  • Assisting in the daily processing of payments for flagged customers;
  • Flagging high-risk accounts.
Senior Product Manager

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (e-commerce, b2c, start-ups, iGaming industry);
  • Being goal-oriented, highly motivated, and able to take on the responsibility for the success of our product;
  • Being able to adapt well to a dynamic and rapidly changing industry;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as high attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.
