The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales efforts, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, an adept negotiator, and possesses a deep understanding of the gaming industry.
All you need is:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; although proven success in a similar role will always outweigh formal qualifications;
Proven track record of success in casino game sales or a related gaming industry sales role;
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales efforts;
A strong network of contacts within the gaming industry;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends;
Familiarity with online gaming regulations and compliance standards is advantageous;
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Your daily adventures will look like:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals. Identify new market opportunities, target audience segments, and potential partnerships to expand the company's presence in the gaming industry;
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including casino operators, gaming platforms, and distributors. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients and engage in negotiations to secure deals and partnerships;
Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and potential threats. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings;
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance data, preparing regular reports and forecasts to assess the team's progress towards goals. Present sales insights to the executive team to inform decision-making;
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and minimize risks;
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's game and services portfolio and keep abreast of new game releases. Effectively communicate the unique selling points of each game to potential clients;
Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at gaming industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network with potential clients and promote the company's products and services.
