As the Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the user-facing features of our websites. You will lead efforts focused on the user experience, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering innovative features that differentiate our websites in the competitive online gambling market. The ideal candidate is highly knowledgeable about the online gambling industry, customer needs, and emerging web technologies.

All you need is:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management or product development, preferably in the online gambling industry;
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of web development, UX/UI principles, and digital marketing strategies;
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar;
  • Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.);
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving goals;
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

Also, it will be great if you have:

  • Prior experience working in the online gambling industry, specifically in website-focused roles;
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation;
  • Knowledge of emerging web technologies and trends.

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and implement a user-facing product strategy aligned with the company's business goals and client requests. Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, prioritising features based on customer needs, compliance requirements, and business impact;
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management: Lead the full lifecycle of user-facing product development from concept to launch, including planning, execution, and analysis. Oversee the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritisation of requirements for the development team;
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless, intuitive, and engaging user interface that encourages longer play and higher conversion rates. Implement personalisation features to tailor the gambling experience to individual user preferences;
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics in the online gambling industry. Analyse competitor products and identify areas of improvement or differentiation for the gambling website;
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure that the websites comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly around user data security and responsible gambling. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement necessary features and adjustments;
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and updates for the websites’ user-facing features. Present product strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders regularly;
  • Performance Metrics & Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of user-facing product features and initiatives. Analyse website performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future product strategies;
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage the product development budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
