Are you ready to take your PM skills to the next level?

We are looking for an experienced hands-on professional to join our company to lead our developers in Payments team in building a high-quality payment gateway. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, and good knowledge of online gaming in general, and fintech in particular. The role will be all about guiding a team and overseeing the processes that will allow delivering the highest quality product to the market. You will be a part of a team of about 10 persons consisting of skilled professionals.

All you need is:

  • 3+ years of experience in a project managing role;
  • Engineering or Computer Science qualification;
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Understanding of SDLC;
  • Knowledge how to setup Scrum and Kanban processes depending on the project;
  • Good skills in using project support/monitoring tools such as JIRA and Confluence;
  • Understanding of client-server architecture, HTTP(s), REST API;
  • Technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies;
  • Experience in Fintech or Payments industry (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with the PCI DSS standard (preferred but not required);
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the project;
  • Ability to look at situations from a risk-based approach;
  • Solid organizational, time management and complex problem-solving abilities;
  • At least the Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Lead integrations and features development process;
  • Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally;
  • Collect and share the acceptance rate once PSP is integrated;
  • Work with the developers and designers to solve the tasks that meet the expected outcomes;
  • Operational leading of the merchant service process;
  • Manage relationships with payment partners and providers – provide product updates, lead integration process, help with solving of issues and questions.
