We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our advanced payment solution by defining product features, shaping business logic, and managing detailed requirements. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by streamlining processes, clarifying complex needs, and delivering effective, scalable solutions.

All you need is:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst;
  • Strong background in Payments within the iGaming sector (online casino, sports betting, lottery);
  • Proven track record working on complex systems with high dependencies and limited documentation;
  • Experience defining and executing product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across cross-functional teams;
  • Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data mapping.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling (BPMN, UML, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC);
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and building trust;
  • Ability to influence without formal authority through logical reasoning, data, and evidence;
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies;
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS standards (preferred, not required);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with development teams to prioritise and manage product backlogs;
  • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and diagramming platforms (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma).

Your daily adventures will look like:

  • Create and manage the integration and product roadmap, communicating stages, milestones, and timelines internally.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to gather and analyse new requirements.
  • Identify product gaps and weaknesses, defining requirements to address them.
  • Coordinate and manage integrations with PSPs (Payment Service Providers) and other payment services.
  • Test integrated PSPs before production release and track acceptance rates after launch.
  • Write detailed functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation.
  • Prioritise the product backlog and oversee the launch of new features.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and deliver on roadmap goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with payment partners and providers, sharing updates, exploring new offerings, and discussing industry trends.
  • Collaborate with customer support to resolve escalated issues and identify product improvements to achieve optimal success rates.
  • Optimise the payment process through A/B testing, cascading, and personalisation.
  • Prepare and present performance reports covering conversion, stability, and coverage metrics.

  • A 30-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience;
  • 1-hour Technical interview;
  • A final 1.5-hour interview with 3 team members to gauge your fit with our culture and working style.
