Junior Fraud Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Fraud Analyst to join our Fraud & Risk team in the iGaming environment on a temporary basis due to maternity leave, with the possibility of extension. The role focuses on monitoring player activity, identifying potential fraud, and supporting investigations to ensure a safe and fair gaming experience.
All you need is:
- 0–2 years of experience in fraud, risk, or iGaming (preferred but not required);
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn;
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and follow guidelines;
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools is a plus.
Your daily adventures will look like:
- Monitor player accounts, transactions, and gameplay activity;
- Identify and flag suspicious behavior (e.g., multi-accounting, bonus abuse, payment irregularities);
- Review alerts generated by fraud detection systems;
- Conduct basic account checks (IP, device, KYC information);
- Document investigations and maintain accurate case records;
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior team members;
- Follow internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
