Are you ready to take over the strategy and execution of marketing?
We are hiring a Founding Marketing Lead to build and own marketing. At this stage, this role is highly hands-on and combines strategy with direct execution across the full marketing function. You will work directly with the founders to shape positioning and messaging, build core marketing assets, support demand generation, improve the website and external materials, and create a practical marketing operating rhythm that can scale with the company.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building from zero, can move between strategic thinking and execution, and is motivated by creating clarity, momentum, and measurable commercial value.
All you need is:
Strong B2B marketing experience in SaaS, technology, AI, data, or similarly complex products;
Experience owning end-to-end marketing execution, not just one channel;
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical products into clear market-facing messaging;
Experience building campaigns, content, and commercial materials that support growth;
Strong sense of prioritisation and ability to operate effectively with limited resources;
Comfort working cross-functionally with founders, sales, product, and external contributors;
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and improve based on results;
High ownership, self-direction, and a strong bias toward action;
Fluent English, written and verbal.
What would be an advantage:
Experience marketing AI, analytics, SaaS, or data products;
Experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or other regulated or performance-oriented industries;
Experience with product marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and event support;
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation workflows;
Experience in an early-stage startup or lean growth environment;
Comfort managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners when needed;
Experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content workflows, research, analysis, and execution quality;
Curiosity about applying AI to improve speed, consistency, and output across marketing activities.
Your daily adventures will look like:
Owning the company's overall marketing direction, execution, and performance;
Developing and refining brand positioning, messaging, and content aligned to the company’s products and target customers;
Planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives across website, content, email, social, events, partnerships, and campaigns where relevant;
Building the core marketing materials needed to support awareness, demand generation, and sales conversations;
Working closely with founders and sales to support pipeline generation and sales enablement;
Managing and improving website content, product messaging, presentations, case studies, and other external-facing assets;
Developing lightweight but effective systems for marketing planning, reporting, budget tracking, and campaign performance review;
Identifying relevant events, partnerships, and industry opportunities that strengthen brand visibility and commercial outcomes;
Monitoring market trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging positioning opportunities;
Helping define the marketing standards, operating rhythm, and growth foundation the company will rely on as it scales.
