What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Gamingtec's internal and external events across multiple countries;
  • Design memorable event concepts aligned with our culture and business goals;
  • Plan and manage budgets, timelines, vendors, contracts, and production;
  • Coordinate venues, hotels, travel, transportation, catering, entertainment, branding, and event logistics;
  • Partner closely with HR, Marketing, Executive Management, and department leaders;
  • Lead on-site event execution and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard;
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of suppliers and negotiate the best commercial terms;
  • Manage event communications before, during, and after each event;
  • Continuously improve attendee experience by collecting feedback and introducing new ideas and formats;
  • Handle unexpected challenges with confidence and professionalism.

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale corporate events, incentive travel, or international productions and conferences;
  • Experience delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills;
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management experience;
  • Proven experience managing event budgets;
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail;
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset - you don't wait for problems; you solve them;
  • Fluent English;
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
