All you need is:
At least 1 year of proven Account Management experience in the gaming industry or a related field;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level and higher) and Portuguese;
Ability to work on shifts (weekends included);
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer's real needs and expectations;
Ability to manage multiple Partners with different needs and priorities, while paying strict attention to details and deadlines;
Ability to establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dedicated clients through ongoing communication and frequent meetings;
Good team player, problem-solver, and negotiator with a high degree of discipline and initiative.
Your daily adventures will look like this:
Take full ownership of customer relationships, and be the interface between the customer accounts and the company;
Resolve ongoing issues and problems in an efficient and timely manner;
Understand customer business specifics and objectives, and deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations;
Understand the objectives and logic of each request, and report the case to the appropriate internal team;
Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as IT, marketing, finance, legal.
