Country Manager (India)

Job Summary: We are looking for Country Manager for Indian market with strong knowledge of the online gambling scene in India.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position in iGaming industry;
  • A strong knowledge of the gaming industry Indian market specifically;
  • Proven success managing a P&L and a team;
  • Proven experience in budget forecast and implementation;
  • Experience of working in an international environment across locations, teams, and functions;
  • Customer-focused, passionate, hands-on, and excellent executor, with a strong business and growth mindset;
  • Strong leadership, cooperation, and analytical skills;
  • Being a team player;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent English.

Responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility for the market and delivering results in accordance with set budget and targets, weekly and monthly reporting;
  • Responsible for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on revenue generation;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including competitive and regulatory situation;
  • Conduct and/or coordinate market research, business plan preparation, budget, and go-to-market strategies;
  • Together with the central marketing/affiliate team, ensure relevant and quality content is delivered to partners/affiliates, to promote the mutual interests of the partner and the company, and maximize the channel’s potential;
  • Make sure translations for the site, newsletters, campaigns, etc are made in a correct and timely manner;
  • Ability to work closely with central functions e.g. in-house creative agency, CRM-function, Affiliate team etc, and has direct personnel responsibility of Content Coordinator/s for the local market.
Senior Product Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team to develop a product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management framework to guarantee the success of our products.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (e-commerce, b2c, start-ups, iGaming industry);
  • Being goal-oriented, highly motivated, and able to take on the responsibility for the success of our product;
  • Being able to adapt well to a dynamic and rapidly changing industry;
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as high attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher.

  • Create and manage the implementation of product features and roadmaps;
  • Generate ideas and hypotheses based on data;
  • Carry out A/B tests and review these tests, evaluate and optimize the performance of our products to improve customer experience;
  • Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Designers, BI/BA, Marketing, CRM, etc.) to guarantee smooth;
  • Backlog prioritization.
