Country Manager (Portugal market)

Job Description: Your role will be about setting up, launching and managing operations for a new locally regulated brand in the Portuguese market. You will liaise directly with all parts of the organization, as well as external legal and regulatory bodies. You will be responsible for the P&L, team management, product decisions we take into the market, as well as the marketing strategy for launch and establishing the brand. The role will be responsible for leading and coordinating all resources supporting Portugal, directly as well as indirectly, including managing the local team and partners and working closely with the headquarters in order to successfully carry out the strategy.


  • 3+years of experience in a similar position in iGaming industry;
  • A strong knowledge of the gaming industry and the Portuguese market specifically.
  • Proven success managing a P&L and a team;
  • Proven experience in budget forecast and implementation;
  • Experience of working in an international environment across locations, teams, and functions;
  • An understanding of marketing channels such as Social Media, Programmatic, Media Buying and Affiliation. A Portuguese network here is a plus.
  • Customer-focused, passionate, hands-on, and excellent executor, with a strong business and growth mindset;
  • Strong leadership, cooperation, and analytical skills. Being a team player;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent English and Portuguese languages.


  • P&L responsibility for the market and delivering results in accordance with set budget and targets, weekly and monthly reporting;
  • Responsible for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on revenue generation;
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge on the market including competitive and regulatory situation;
  • Conduct and/or coordinate market research, business plan preparation, budget, and go-to-market strategies;
  • Together with the central marketing/affiliate team, ensure relevant and quality content is delivered to partners/affiliates, to promote the mutual interests of the partner and the company, and maximize the channel’s potential;
  • Make sure translations for the site, newsletters, campaigns, etc are made in a correct and timely manner;
  • The position must be able to work closely with central functions e.g. in-house creative agency, CRM-function, Affiliate team etc, and has direct personnel responsibility of Content Coordinator/s for the local market.
Head of Data and Analysis

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. The role will require setting up Data Analytics processes from scratch. This is not simply data aggregation, it is about creating data-driven picture for the performance of various projects/brands as well as doing analysis. A crucial part of this role would be to build a data warehouse feeding from multiple sources for complex analysis for better decision making.

What do we expect?

  • Minimum 2 years of business or operational analysis experience in a management level position;
  • Demonstrated business analysis leadership and experience in large cross-functional projects;
  • Extensive experience in SQL and a visualization platform (such as Tableau);
  • Experience from a B2C industry (igaming industry preferable);
  • Experience working with Marketing/Product departments, and experience in loyalty or customer analytics is a huge asset;
  • Proven track record of building, developing, and growing a team;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the online entertainment industry as an asset.

Knowledge And Skills:

  • Ability to communicate abstract analytical findings or concepts in simple business language;
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional numerical and analytical skills, and a demonstrated ability to develop clear presentations;
  • Experience in providing forecast scenarios under uncertain conditions;
  • Profound knowledge in direct marketing, experimental design, customer analytics, segmentation and modeling;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
  • Ability to work collaboratively, define problems and identify solutions to resolve them in business and analytical settings;
  • Ability to think through problems and quickly develop solutions – long-term approach to problem-solving;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Experience in Big Data is an asset.
