Senior Product Manager for Payment gateway

Position Overview: The Product manager will be responsible for managing and rolling out the product roadmap for a payment gateway that provides with customer-facing payment options. You will be responsible for the developer's team to meet key deliverables and timelines. This position emphasizes the specific focuses on integration and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required (master's preferred). Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred;
  • 3+ years in a payments/processing role.
  • Stong expirience in Payments in iGaming (online casino, sports betting, lottery) industry;
  • Familiarity with the PCI DSS standard (preferred but not required);
  • Good analytical skills;
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the project;
  • Ability to look at situations from a risk-based approach;
  • Solid organizational, time management and complex problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage integration and product roadmap. Communicate roadmap stages and timelines internally;
  • Work with stakeholders and customers to identify and understand new requirements;
  • Identify product gaps and weak sides and defines requirements to fill these product gaps;
  • Test the integrated PSPs before going to the prod environment;
  • Collect and share the acceptance rate once is PSP integrated;
  • Write detailed functional specifications, user stories and product documentation;
  • Work with the developers and designers to solve the tasks that meet the expected outcomes;
  • Work with cross functional teams on product dependencies;
  • Build, groom and prioritize the backlog;
  • Participates in the meetings i.e. daily stand-up, backlog prioritizing;
  • Manage relationship with payment partners and providers - provide product updates, learn about new offerings, discuss industry trends;
  • Work with customer support to troubleshoot escalated customer issues. Identifying product improvements based on customer experience to achieve optimal success rates;
  • Work with the finance team. Identifying the best way to reconcile the numbers after integration;
  • Troubleshoot production application issues with development;
  • Analyze support cases to see trending issues;
  • Generate monthly reports on transactional data and trend growth;
  • Working closely with the fraud team, analyzing risks internal and external.
